DOMAINE ST GEORGE can be rented as a whole house on a self-catering basis throughout the year.

We will be here to greet you, show you around and answer any questions you have about the house or the local area.

With the 5 en-suite bedrooms the house can accommodate up to 10 guests.

AMENITIES
These include UK television channels available in the sitting room and three of the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
A washing machine is available and there is free WIFI throughout the house including all bedrooms.

Outside in addition to the pool guests can use a gas BBQ and there is a full set of wooden garden chairs and tables as well as sun beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 500 euros in cash will be required on your arrival to cover any damage or loss that occurs during your stay and will be returned on the day of your departure.
We would request that guests leave our house in the same clean and tidy condition that they find it.
If this is not the case then a cleaning charge of 50 euros will be required.

SMOKING
This is a non-smoking house and we would expect guests to respect that.

PETS
We are not prepared to accept any pets.

CHANGEOVER
During high season changeover is Saturday, other times of the year by arrangement. Arrival should be from 4 pm and departure no later than 10am.

LINEN
All beds will have been made up ready for guests with the finest white cotton Egyptian sheets.
One set of bath, hand and pool towels will be supplied to each guest.
Extra linen and towels will be supplied for stays of longer than 1 week.

A welcome-pack of your choice can be arranged.

TARIFF

Prices outside these months are negotiable.

PAYMENT

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 20% to be paid by bank transfer with the balance paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
